what’s Zetag 8140
Zetag 8140 is a medium-high charge, high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide applicable to neutral and weakly acidic/alkaline water with a pH range of 4–9. It features fast dissolution speed and strong charge neutralization capacity, delivering outstanding treatment effects for organic sewage and biochemical sludge. It forms large flocs without sticking to filter cloths, maintains stable floc structure during filter pressing and produces low-moisture sludge cakes, widely used in solid-liquid separation, sludge thickening, air flotation and mechanical dewatering processes.
Core Advantages of Our Cationic PAM Replacing Zetag 8140
- Precise parameter matching, performance comparable to the original product.
- The product forms uniform, dense, and tough flocs that are resistant to stirring and not easily broken.
- Lower dosage, significantly reducing wastewater treatment and sludge disposal costs for enterprises.
- Strong dewatering performance, resulting in lower moisture content in the sludge cake.
- Short dissolution time, suitable for fully automated dissolution, dosing, and filter press systems.
