PAM flocculant for Seawater Purification

June 3, 2026

This paper presents the key role of HRFLOC Series PAM flocculant in seawater purification for industrial cooling. Jar test results show that cationic HRFLOC C8040 and C8060 achieve optimal flocculation performance, ensuring stable operation of cooling systems.…

Anionic Polyacrylamide (APAM) for tempered glass cleaning wastewater

May 25, 2026

Tempered glass washing wastewater contains high levels of suspended glass powder, causing turbidity and environmental compliance issues. In this study, five anionic PAM grades HRFLOC( C8040, A613, A623, A678, A606 ) were tested with fixed PAC dosage (0.1 mL per sample, pH=7). Results showed that grade A613 achieved the best overall performance – clear supernatant (<8 NTU), low SS (<15 mg/L), and fast settling (<3 min). Grade A623 can reach similar results with increased PAC. Proper PAM selection enables effective wastewater recycling for glass manufacturers.…

NPAM for food factories water treatment

May 7, 2026

Food factory wastewater is complex and variable. Among common treatment chemicals, Non-ionic Polyacrylamide (NPAM) performs exceptionally well. It is unaffected by pH fluctuations and effectively removes oils, proteins, and suspended solids. Compared to ionic polymers, NPAM is safer and meets food-grade standards. Choosing NPAM enables stable, efficient wastewater treatment while reducing operational risks.…

Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) for sludge dewatering

May 6, 2026

Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) is the preferred chemical for sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment. It neutralizes the negative charge of biological sludge and bridges particles into strong flocs, producing a dry, disposable cake. CPAM outperforms inorganic coagulants and is widely used in municipal, food, and industrial plants, reducing disposal costs and improving efficiency.…
